T&T Stylebook: Dress Shirt

Okk so there is this "new" style of dress out now.

 

....even though we have all seen it in movies.

 

But my mother bought me one the other day.

 

It is the the dress shirt dress.

 

 

Complicated..

 

 

Mine has more pizaz than just a normal white one,

 

but it's still the same thing:)

This week's Friday Fives are game apps!

 

 

These are my absolute favorite apps for my phone!

 

 

I run my data out on these-guaranteed!

 

 

 

 

Ok soo my #1 app right now is Wipeout

 

 

It is based on the tv show Wipeout.

You play as a character and try to get them through the course in a set amount of time

This game is totally addicting!

 

 

 

 

 

My #2 app is called Whisper

 

 

It's a kind out social media.

 You can post photos with a caption and No One will know who you are.

(Well unless you write it in the text...)

It is really enticing to read all of the photos.

This word game is serious business!

 



 

You are given four pictures, a bunch of letters, and a word holder.

Use the photos to solve the problem.

Sound easy?...It's Not.

 

 

 

 

 

 

My odd #4

Now don't freak out.

This game is called Hair Salon 2.

It might sound cheesy,

but it's actually a ton of fun!

Sailor Nails

I am in absolute love with anchors

 

These nails are too cute!

 

 

 

 

 

Here is my version:)

 

Start with all of your supplies.

 

 

You will need:

pink, white, dark blue, silver and top coat nail polish.

tape

scissors

toothpicks

 

 

 

 

Paint your nails in this order

 

left hand / right hand

 

 

 

 

Cut strips of tape. put them on the 2nd and 4th finger on both hands

Lay them out so that there are 4 strips on the fingers.

 

Paint over the fingers like the following:

 

left / right

 

   

 

left:

 

4th painted blue

2nd painted white-slanted

 

right:

 

4th painted white-slanted

2nd painted pink

 

 

 

MAKE SURE YOU WAIT TILL THE PAINT IS COMPLETELY DRY BEFORE TAKING OFF THE TAPE!!!!

Take the silver, put a dot near the top of each solid colored nail.

Put a silver line on the edge where the slanted lines are.

Create an anchor on Both thumbs.

(optional) Put a pink heart on the blue and white striped nail.

(optional) Put a blue heart on the pink and white striped nail.

 

Finish with the top coat

The Bad & The Good

In the past week, I got bad and good news.

 

 

(back story)

Every since volleyball, my shoulder had been KILLING me when I used it.

I toughed it out till the end of the season, though.

When I finally Did go to the doctor's,

he told me that I had a shoulder impingement.

That's when muscles get strained and push on a bone in the shoulder.

It makes the bone bend into the rotator cuff.

I did all the therapy, but the doc. said I only improved 10%.

He thought it was the therapy, so he sent me off to another one.

That didn't help At All.

He wanted to get a second or even third opinion before we did anything.

(end of back story)

 

 

 

 

This week I went to see another doctor for that 2nd opinion.

 He told me that I have capsulitis.

There are only 2 options for my condition.

 

 

 

1) Have surgery, have my arm in a sling for 3 months, and go through therapy.

 

That whole option would take 1 year to get better.

or

 

2) Go to therapy for another 3-6 months and do home therapy for another 6 months.

 

That option is going to take up to a year also!

 

 

 

- -  so that is the bad news - -

~now for the good news~

 

 

 

When I got home on Saturday from a friend's house,

I found Ross at my house:)

He surprised me with a dozen red roses<3

It made my entire week 10x better!

Friday Fives ...(3)

Here are 5 adorable ways to wear a ponytail:)

 

 

 

1) Bump-it

 

(Back tease the crown of your hair)

 

 

 

 

 

2) Curly-side

 

(Gather all the hair to the side and curl the ends of the hair)

 

 

 

 

 

3) Poof it out

 

(Put your hair into a high pony tail. Create a hole in the the hair before the elastic.

Pull the hair through the hole from the bottom up.)

 

 

 

 

 

4) Frenchy

 

(French braid from the middle or on the sides till you get to where you want the ponytail.)

 

 

 

 

 

5) Do The Twist

 

(Pull the hair into a high ponytail. Split the ponytail into two sections.

Twist both sections SEPARATELY in the same direction.

Then take the twisted sections and twist them Together in the opposite way.)

Perfect Coverage...

I have looked and looked for a concealer that Actually covers my blemishes.

 

Nothing Worked!

 

Soo i tried combining them.

 

It worked!!

1) Get a powder & a wet concealer.

2) Get any type of flat brush

3) Wipe the wet concealer on the brush.

4) Then dip the brush into the dry concealer.

You need to mature...

Sooo...

Here's the drama I had to deal with this week.

 

 

(Back-story)

 



Last year, a big group of friends and I went to Kalahari last year.

When we were there, a friend of Ross's started talking to me a lot while we were in the wave pool.

(I'm going to call him L.)

Then, the awkwardness happened.

L. randomly started touching my leg, back, arms, or stomach.

Ross started to notice, so he told L. to knock it off.

Well he didn't. Ross knew it made me feel really weird,

soo he stood between L. and I the rest of the day.

 

About half a year later, a big group went to Kings Island.

L. also came. He seemed cool at first.

-till we went swimming-

L. started doing it AGAIN!

Ross was ticked,

but he didn't want to ruin the day for anyone else.

He didn't say anything to L.

But Ross did make sure that L. was never near me:)

 

A few weeks ago, Ross was having a party over at his house.

We invited a few close friends over.

One of the friends decided to invite L. over too.

Ross & I had No idea.

But when we found out, I didn't want to be there for obvious reasons.

No one knew for sure if L. was coming,

so Ross texted L. and asked if he was coming.

L. actually didn't come, because the friend that invited him said

that I didn't want him there.

 

The next day, I got a facebook message from L.

He asked me why Ross & I didn't like him.

I told him why and he said that he didn't even realize...

He then messaged Ross appologising too.

 

(End of back story)

 

A group of four couples and L. was put together to go to Kalahari again this year.

Ross asked the planner of this event if everyone was able to come.

He said yes but that L. didn't want to.

Ross asked why, and this was the answer.

L. is mad at you and Arielle for what you guys said to him.

....

What we said to him?!?!?!

He's the one that was touching another man's girlfriend.

He knew he was doing it, because Ross told him!

 

Oh and the friend of Ross's that plans the events wants Ross to text L.

and tell him that he wants him to come.

Not Happening.

L. can man-up and deal with the fact that Ross & I did Nothing wrong in this situation.

L. needs to grow up and stop "tackle-tail"ing on us.

He was the problem.

Not us.
